This training plan is going to up you swimming game no matter where you start. We've made 7 weeks training plan for you with 3 sessions each week and videos to explain on what to focus on, how and why. Wether you're an amid swimmer or you are a beginner, this is your guide to better your swimming.

You can choose if you like to train 3 times a week as intended or swim more or less as fits your schedule best. No matter what pace you go, do it all the way till the end.
